In 2015, Ivana opened her own restaurant, Raca Café in Parkdale, winning Now Magazine’s Best New Restaurant in 2016 and ranking 88th by Canada’s Hundredth Best magazine. She’s a partner for the acclaimed pescatarian restaurant, UFFICIO and chef/owner of Resto Boemo, which opened earlier this year.
As a founding member of dining series Open Kitchen Toronto (OKT), Ivana is passionate about sharing her culinary expertise and business successes to support the advancement of women in the culinary industry.
